About The Position

Do you take pride in preparing quality beverages while helping people feel seen and cared for? Our Barista role is a key part of the café experience at Frasier. In this role, you’ll prepare espresso beverages and café items while helping create a space that is warm, organized, and welcoming for residents, guests, and team members. You’ll play an important role in daily interactions that make Frasier feel like home. OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU Pay Range : $18.40-$21.15 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Open Availability. Requirements

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Clear, respectful communication with residents, guests, and team members
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fastâpaced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (training provided)
Comfort learning pointâofâsale systems and handling basic transactions
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous barista, food service, or customerâfacing experience preferred but not required
