THE JOB The Backstage Barista is responsible for providing high quality coffee service to artists, touring crew members, and VIP personnel in a backstage environment. This role plays an important part in artist hospitality by delivering exceptional service, maintaining professionalism, and creating a welcoming, calm atmosphere.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work early, late and extended hours
• Flexible schedule
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctuality is critical

Nice To Haves

• Work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
• Experience in a concert venue environment or comparable role

Responsibilities

• Must be able to follow specific directions of our lead manager
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to artists and touring staff.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked backstage coffee station.
• Ensure beverage presentation meets hospitality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Provide discreet, professional service while respecting artist privacy and security protocols
