Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a server or barista
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction is required for this position
- Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
- Must be efficient and organized
- Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Keep supplies replenished to minimize downtime
