Summary: Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations. Interacts with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities 1914 Club Barista Customer Service: Act with a "customer comes first" attitude, be NICE while connecting with guests to deliver a positive experience. Beverage Preparation: Handcraft hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, teas, Frappuccino style drinks) according to strict recipe and presentation standards. Store Operations: Maintain accurate inventory, and restock products while following strict hospitality guidelines and cleanliness. Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including sanitizing equipment and cleaning the dining area. Teamwork & Efficiency: Collaborate with team members to meet, or exceed, customer expectations, especially during busy, high-pressure shifts.
