Requirements

Previous serving experience in upscale establishment
Great communication skills and fantastic attitude!
Flexible schedule required
Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's card.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
The ability to walk / stand up to 8 hours per shift

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a selection of beverages from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
Service Restaurant & Bar.
Barista will prepare gourmet coffee drinks, teas, cocktails, beer & wine, plus juices for the restaurant and bar.
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
Service and take orders from guests for both food and beverage items seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, etc.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Package, deliver, and present to go items per guest request.
Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
