About The Position

Town and Country Resort is seeking a professional and customer-focused Part-Time Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced resort environment.

Requirements

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and beverage presentation a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Greet guests courteously and provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service
• Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and equipment
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
