Requirements

• Previous barista experience in a café or food service environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong skills in sales, cash handling, basic math, and retail math are essential for accurate transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling practices.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
