About The Position

The Starbucks Barista at is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service
while preparing and serving Starbucks beverages and food items in a fast‑paced
hotel environment. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and
memorable experience for hotel guests by upholding Starbucks brand standards and
expectations.

Position Overview:

Join the team at the brand-new Embassy Suites Beach Resort as a Barista at our
in-house Starbucks. In this role, you’ll craft hand-crafted beverages, connect
with guests, and create memorable coffee experiences in a beachfront environment
that’s as energizing as the espresso.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food products to standard
• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
• Restock inventory, follow health & safety standards, and support opening/closing duties
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Take pride in maintaining Starbucks' brand standards and core values
