About The Position
We are looking to add a Barista to our team. The Marketplace at the Sandpearl Resort serves as a place for our guest to refuel or catch their breath for Starbucks coffee, healthy snacks, convenient sundry items, freshly made pastries, and light fare when they need a bite while on the go.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
- Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
- Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
- Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
- Complete all closing side work at end of shift
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
- Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
