Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous barista, café, or food and beverage experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standardized recipes
Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly recommendations to enhance their experience
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, seating, and workstations
Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system
Assist with inventory, restocking, and ordering supplies as needed
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
