Requirements

Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Ability to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly.
Good memory to manage multiple orders simultaneously and recall faces, names, and preferences of frequent customers.

Responsibilities

Greets customers politely and promptly.
Attentiveness to drive through and dining room line.
Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages.
Willingness to continue to learn about food and beverage preparation.
Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment, service areas and seating areas.
Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Describes menu items to customers or suggests products that might appeal to them.
Provides customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparations as requested.
Receives and processes customer payments.
Serves prepared foods, such as tacos, muffins, and bagels.
Stocks customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
Demonstrates proper attendance, punctuality, customer service, and overall attitude.
In the absence of General Manager, completes necessary tasks.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
