Who You Are: Our ideal candidate is someone who is friendly, outgoing and enjoys interacting with people. This person must be able to work with a team, but also be able to work on their own. This person is reliable, on time and has loads of energy! A Day in the Life: Preparing and serving beverages to employees and guests. This will include some specialty drinks (espressos, lattes, etc). Replenishing coffee thermoses in the breakroom(s). Replenishing snacks and supplies in the breakroom(s). Keeping the coffee bar and breakroom clean (wiping counters and tables, sweeping the floor, wiping out microwaves, weekly refrigerator clean out, etc). Assisting with the daily breakdown of the coffee bar. Maintaining a clean and organized work space. Works closely with head barista and internal marketing team for special events. Occasional after hours event help may be required. Emptying trash and recycling throughout the day in our breakrooms.
