Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and lounge areas to uphold our standards of excellence.
• Monitor and restock supplies, ensuring an adequate inventory of beverages and related items at all times.
• Adhere to all food and safety regulations, following defined recipes and ingredients for beverage preparations.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Manage playlists to create an ambiance that enhances the guest experience, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Assist in reviewing invoices upon deliveries while maintaining accurate records of inventory and expenses.
