About The Position
FENG CHA is seeking dedicated Baristas to join our vibrant and fast-casual cafe located at 5312 Jonesboro Road, Morrow, GA. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate about tea and desserts but also align with our company values and respect our customers' lifestyle choices. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. This position offers an opportunity for growth within the company, making it ideal for those looking to advance their careers in the food and beverage industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service by efficiently handling orders at the register and delivering meals to tables. You will prepare a variety of tea and coffee beverages, smoothies, and desserts according to our established recipes. Maintaining cleanliness is essential, so you will ensure that the teahouse, food prep areas, and storage areas meet our high cleaning standards. Additionally, you will assist with dishwashing and general cleaning tasks, which are shared responsibilities among all staff members. We are looking for true team players who demonstrate dependability and initiative. Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You should be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods, as the role requires standing for six hours or more each day.
