Responsibilities

• Create a connection with guests and exceed their expectations.
• Educate guests about unique specials, exceptional drinks, and homemade desserts.
• Ensure food meets high standards before serving.
• Report to the manager at the beginning and end of every shift.
• Arrive in proper uniform for every shift.
• Check in with Lead Barista for side work sheets upon clock in.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Address any issues that may arise with guests immediately.
• Follow all sanitization and food safety procedures at all times.
• Receive sign off on side worksheets before leaving at the end of the shift.
• Lift, pull, carry, and push up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Stand for long periods, and perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
• Follow standardized recipes for food preparation.
• Prepare food items such as fruit cutting, brewing teas, and boba.
• Provide thorough explanations of desserts and drinks to guests.
• Work with the POS system.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
