Responsibilities

• Know and uphold PERC, Cultural, and Core Values.
• Memorize and demonstrate PERC behind the counter every moment of every day.
• Prepare and serve hot, iced, and frozen beverages such as lattes, crème freezes, tea, and mocktails.
• Prepare and serve food such as bragel sandwiches, bagels, muffins, etc.
• Engage customers in an enthusiastic and genuine manner.
• Maintain higher energy levels than the customers being served.
• Maintain proper cash handling and store cleanliness procedures.
• Ensure customer items, such as sugars, mugs, and gift cards, are properly stocked.
• Clean and sanitize delivery counter and lobby.
• Ring in, receive, and close out customer's orders following proper cash handling procedures.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
