About The Position

Join our Crew as a Barista! We're looking for a coffee lover with a passion for exceptional guest service who can work morning shifts. You will be working in a fast paced environment where your barista skills can shine. You will be preparing and serving hot and cold beverages whilst maintaining a clean and organized workspace. In addition you will be supporting on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You'll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy Guzman y Gomez restaurant.

Requirements

• Approximately 1 to 2 years of experience as a Barista in a busy restaurant or cafe environment
• High school degree

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Greet customers and take orders
• Roll burritos and perform basic food prep
• Re-stock fridges and wipe tables
• Learn other roles across the team
