About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you will create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. This role involves working in an energetic store environment, mastering food and beverage craft, and connecting with customers and team members to make a positive impact every day. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean workspace, handling cash, and ensuring store safety while providing a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
