Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. We're currently offering both full-time and part-time positions.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30 pounds
• Must be comfortable with some exposure to steam, high/low temperatures, and humidity
• Flexible schedule/ must be available weekends and closing shifts
• High energy, awesome communication, team-orientation, and diligent worker
• Must have Food Handler’s Card and pass all the requisite training and certifications assigned to the role

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon eye contact, providing energetic and prompt service
• Drive company sales growth and profitability through customer-centric selling, teamwork, superior product knowledge, and impeccable customer experience
• Possess extensive knowledge about Kreation offerings, including ingredients and benefits
• Exceed guest expectations by delivering a positive and complete experience
• Uphold Kreation's standards for Service, Style, Selection, and Excellence
• Achieve established sales goals
• Enroll all customers in our Loyalty Program
• Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together collaboratively to achieve goals
• Other job-related duties as requested
