Requirements

At least 2 years of wholesome food, customer service and/or cashier experience preferred
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Passion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness and wellness
Ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
Able to stand for the duration of shifts, often up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds and up to 5 times per shift
Comfortable with steam, varying temperatures, and humidity
Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Must wear professional attire and non-slip footwear during all shifts for safety and comfort during shifts
Flexible schedule availability: including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet guests with energy, warmth, and prompt service
Prepare and serve Kreation beverages, including smoothies, coffees, teas, juices and food items (Acai Bowls, Avocado Toasts, Bagel combinations) to high standard and help warm up items in our Grab and Go fridges for guests
Maintain expert knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and health benefits to educate and assist guests
Keep workstations clean, stocked, and fully compliant with health and safety standards
Drive sales through upselling, personalized recommendations, and product knowledge
Support a smooth store flow by assisting teammates as needed during peak times
Accommodate custom orders and substitutions with care and professionalism
Follow best practices for portioning, waste reduction, and product consistency
