Requirements

Previous experience as a barista and server preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed.
Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and breakfast beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs in a courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
Handle guest orders efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
Take food orders and deliver exceptional service.
Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth morning operations.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
