About The Position
Aroma Joe's is seeking hardworking, reliable, and friendly individuals to join our team as Baristas. This position is perfect for those who have a passion for customer service and are eager to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing handcrafted drinks and food to our high-quality standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization of workstations, and providing exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves on our team members who are known for their hustle, friendliness, and teamwork. Many of our teammates form lifelong friendships while working together. Barista experience is not necessary, as we are willing to train positive and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and excel in their roles. The operating hours for Aroma Joe's are Monday through Saturday from 5:15 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday from 5:45 AM to 9:00 PM. We understand the importance of work/life balance, which is why we offer flexible hours that are great for local college students. Our work environment is fun and family-oriented, ensuring that our team members enjoy their shifts and leave work with a smile. In this role, you will be expected to handle cash securely, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and maintain a high level of customer service.
