Requirements

• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Handle all payment transactions for all food/beverage
• Maintain well stocked shelves
• Keep ALS clean at all times
• Provide superior customer service
• Familiarity with daily specialties
• Handle all point-of-sale transactions correctly in the Micros
• Balance all work at the end of shift
• Count change at end of shift and balance bank
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor
• Know how to read all in house banquet events for upcoming business
• Know where all items are kept in general storeroom and kitchen
• Familiarity with all POS systems and bank procedures
