About The Position
Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a dedicated and passionate Barista to join our team at Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City, CA. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where hospitality and quality service are paramount. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, as well as related food and beverage items, while adhering to HACCP guidelines and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your role will involve interacting with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction with every order. In this position, you will prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes, accurately enter orders into the POS system, and handle cash and charge payments. You will also be responsible for replenishing condiments and supplies, maintaining the cleanliness of the service area, and ensuring proper food presentation and portion control. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and relay any concerns to supervisors will be essential in creating a positive dining experience.
