About The Position
FENG CHA is seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join our vibrant and fast-casual cafe located in Murphy, TX. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about tea and desserts, and who align with our company values while respecting our customers' lifestyle choices. As a Barista, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for both customers and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by accurately taking and handling orders through our POS system. You will prepare a variety of beverages, including tea, coffee, smoothies, and desserts, following our established recipes. Maintaining cleanliness is crucial, so you will ensure that the teahouse, food prep areas, and storage areas adhere to our restaurant cleaning standards. Additionally, you will share responsibilities for dishwashing and overall cleaning of the teahouse. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent verbal communication and organizational skills, and who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ability to work on your feet for extended periods and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.
