About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of barista experience.
• Ability to operate an espresso machine and dial in espresso (La Marzocco).
• Properly steam milk.
• Strong work ethic and friendly attitude.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Team player mentality.
• Ability to speak knowledgeably about products.
• ServSafe certification, or ability to obtain one if hired.

Nice To Haves

• Management experience (3+ years in a management role, with ServSafe certification).

Responsibilities

• Opening and/or closing the coffee counter.
• Customer engagement.
• Taking multiple orders in a busy environment and ringing up sales.
• Preparing and serving coffee, cold drinks, tea, and pastries.
• Developing barista skills.
• Maintaining overall store appearance and cleanliness and equipment.
• Re-stocking inventory and communicating any shop/supply needs.
