About The Position

Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee of Estero is a premium mobile coffee experience serving Southwest Florida with energy, positivity, and exceptional beverages. We bring the coffee shop to our customers — from corporate events and schools to private parties and community gatherings. Our team is upbeat, professional, and committed to delivering memorable experiences with every cup.

We’re looking for a dependable, outgoing Barista/Driver who loves people, coffee, and being on the move. This role combines safe driving, customer service, and beverage preparation. You’ll operate our state-of-the-art coffee truck, serve high-quality drinks, and represent our brand in the community.
This is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making people’s day.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a larger vehicle (or willing to learn)
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and outdoor events
• Able to lift 25–40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus (but we train!)

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the coffee truck to scheduled events
• Arrive early to set up and ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Prepare hot, iced, and frozen coffee drinks according to company standards
• Ensure quality and consistency with every beverage
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workstations
• Provide friendly, high-energy service
• Engage with guests and create a welcoming environment
• Handle transactions and POS system accurately
• Represent Travelin’ Tom’s with professionalism at all times
• Assist with restocking, commissary runs, and inventory
• Follow health and food safety guidelines
• Keep the truck spotless inside and out

Benefits

• $14.00/hour base pay + 100% of tips
• Expected $30.00-$100.00+ per day in tips
• Expected target pay $20.00-$30.00+ per hour
