Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers to the store and engages with them throughout their experience.
• Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge.
• Serves customers with a sense of urgency, demonstrating that they come first.
• Prepares drinks and brews coffee and tea with consistent quality.
• Participates in training to learn new and promotional products and expands product knowledge.
• Maintains a clean and well-stocked store.
