The schedule for this position is based on operational need and may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role requires a positive attitude and exceptional guest service skills, as you will be greeting all guests and handling cashiering responsibilities, including managing money transactions and credit card charges. You will also be responsible for using and maintaining the espresso machine, being familiar with the entire Cocoa Beanery menu, and handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask is essential, as is maintaining a clean and orderly work area. This position is unionized, and the work schedule will be based on union seniority, which may require evening and weekend hours.
