About The Position

As the Barista/Cashier, you will be the backbone of our daily dining operations, seamlessly transitioning between customer service, food preparation, and facility maintenance. You will ensure every guest receives high-quality meals and service in a spotless, well-stocked environment.

Requirements

• Ability to transition quickly between customer service and cleaning tasks.
• High energy and speed to successfully navigate busy cafeteria meal periods.
• Proactive work ethic with a commitment to both food quality and facility cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions at the register and prepare handcrafted barista beverages.
• Assemble custom salads and sandwiches to order while keeping the service line organized.
• Monitor and replenish food stations, grab-and-go items, and condiment supplies throughout the shift.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene by washing pots and pans and sanitizing workstations.
• Ensure the dining environment is welcoming by sweeping floors and vacuuming carpets
