About The Position

Le Petit Four Bakery is seeking a friendly and energetic Barista / Cashier to join their new store in Wellesley, MA. This full-time position is integral to the front of house team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality baked goods. The role emphasizes a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer engagement and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills and presence
• Desire and ability to work a flexible schedule
• High School degree or equivalent required
• Summer and weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all Le Petit Four products
• Preparing and serving simple beverages, coffee, and more
• Delivery of delicious food if necessary
• Using Square cash register
• Keep a clean and organized workspace
• Provide the highest-quality customer service to our guests
• Successfully work as a key part of a dynamic team
• Maintain safety standards at all times while adhering to our policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean and well-stocked store
• Welcome guests to our store, while engaging with them throughout their experience
• Determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
• Perform other duties as required to support the success of the bakery
• Make simple drinks with the enigma auto-coffee machine
