About The Position
DCH Roasters, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Barista/Cashier to join our team in Wildomar, CA. This part-time position offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour and requires availability for day shifts, particularly on weekends as needed. The ideal candidate will work in a hospital setting, where sensitivity and professionalism are paramount. As a Barista, you will be responsible for serving high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will need to adhere to the principles and regulations set forth by DCH Roasters, Inc., Kaiser Permanente, and the County Health Department. A passion for coffee or tea is essential, as you will be providing detailed product descriptions and nutritional information to customers. In this role, you will contribute to creating a pleasant atmosphere in the hospital environment by working with pride and professionalism. You will resolve customer concerns respectfully and serve beverages and food products according to established recipes and presentation criteria. Additionally, you will prepare the store for co-workers and customers during each shift, guide co-workers in policies and practices, and advise management of any operational concerns. Your responsibilities will also include completing opening and closing duties, such as wrapping and labeling pastries, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and restocking supplies. Regular and punctual attendance is required, along with updated immunization records and a yearly TB screening.
