About The Position

Are you passionate about coffee and love creating delicious meals? Join our vibrant team as a Barista/Cook! We are a warm and welcoming café dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional service and delicious food and beverages. As a barista/cook you will be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, as well as working across all café areas. Requires a food handling license (with training provided and paid for), and includes crafting high-quality beverages as a barista and preparing delicious food items as a cook. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to giving our customers a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order taking
• Running a cash drawer
• Cook using Commercial Stove, Deep Fryers and Expresso Machine.
• Work steam table, dish washing, sweeping and mopping
• Must clean all surfaces to ensure proper sanitation for health purposes
• Assist in catering (food preparation, keep all food at the proper temperature)
• Assist with the set-up, breakdown and clean-up of catered events
