About The Position
The Barista/Café Associate provides exceptional customer service while preparing and serving beverages, light food items, and grab-and-go products within the Western Kentucky Heart & Lung café. This role supports a welcoming, efficient, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The Barista/Café Associate follows standardized recipes, maintains a clean and organized work area, ensures accurate cash handling, and adheres to all Med Center Health safety and sanitation policies. This position plays a key role in promoting a positive experience throughout the facility by offering friendly, timely service and maintaining high standards of product quality and hospitality.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in cafe/coffee shop operations, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
