About The Position

Delaware North Travel is seeking full-time and part-time Baristas to join their team at Boise Airport. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service through coffee mastery, educating customers, and preparing beverages according to brand specifications. This position offers opportunities to interact with diverse guests while developing hospitality skills.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience preferred.
• Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in opening or closing of the location.
• Perform clean-up duties, including cleaning equipment.
• Record all transactions via the point of sale system; maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.
• Collect money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine correct change for guests.
• Some food preparation and food handling.
