About The Position

Opening soon - come join our team! Training begins in early November - be part of something exciting from the start! Buckley's Market & Cafe in Portsmouth is looking for people to join our team. Our ideal candidate is energetic, hospitality driven, motivated, and engaged. Our bakery is fast paced with outstanding bakery items, sandwiches, salads and paninis in addition to our popular coffee drinks. We work as a team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guest. We are looking to fill both full and part time, non-seasonal position, weekends and mornings required. Shifts start anywhere between 5am and 8am. Previous barista experience is a plus. Responsibilities

Working all stations including barista, pastry, counter and cashier. Will be expected to learn the products and be able to explain them to guests.
Greet guests and make them feel at home
Answer any questions the guests may have
Assist guests in preparing their orders
Cash guests out
Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
Respond to all guests in a friendly and professional manner and get the supervisor when needed
