Carle Health is seeking a Bariatric Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. Opportunity Details Position Details Include: Join a growing Bariatric Surgery team with a BC Bariatric/General Surgeon and dedicated support staff Blend of clinic and hospital responsibilities No call or weekend responsibilities Schedule will be Mon - Fri from 8 AM - 4:30 PM. The Bariatric Surgery APP will be responsible for the delivery of care to bariatric candidates and patients as well as pre/post-operative assessment and responsibilities Be a part of patient treatment planning, counseling, and monthly office visits to review progress. In-office procedures include wound assessment and lap band fills Bariatric Program Coordinator, in collaboration with and under supervision of the Program Medical Director. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $59.38 - $77.20/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
