About The Position

We are hiring a Bariatric Program Specialist to manage the full continuum of patient care. This role oversees the patient journey from initial contact and seminar registration through financial counseling, medical consultations, surgery, and post-operative follow-up. The specialist ensures an exceptional patient experience by facilitating communication between providers, care teams, and family members. Key responsibilities include managing financial counseling, insurance prior-authorizations, and payment plans. Additionally, this position coordinates Center of Excellence (COE) requirements, supports marketing initiatives, and works to meet program enrollment targets. Schedule: Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Remote Work: Eligibility for a hybrid schedule (2 days remote per week) is available following the initial 90-day introductory period. Requirements

  • Less than 1 year Applicable Experience
  • Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
