YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A TECHNICAL SHOP MANAGER As a new Full-Time Technical Shop Manager at Floyd's 99 in Minneapolis, you'll dive into a vibrant and energetic atmosphere where no two days are the same! Each day, you'll lead a team that delivers exceptional customer service that truly delights our diverse and loyal clientele. Your schedule will be full-time, with expectations for availability during evenings and weekends to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll lead by example, and mentoring team members will be a key part of your routine, as you inspire and develop their skills. You'll oversee daily shop activities, ensuring that all technical processes are efficient and effective. You'll be responsible for reviewing service quality and handling customer inquiries, ensuring an unwavering focus on excellence. You'll parterre with ownership to recruit, hire, and develop a high performing staff You'll be responsible for preparing and schedules and insuring that product levels are maintained appropriate levels. First and foremost, a minimum of 3 years behind the chair as a Barber or Stylist in a fast-paced environment is essential An Active Cosmetology or Barber license in Minnesota. Exceptional client-service orientation is crucial, as you'll commit to delivering consistent high-quality service. Your leadership experience should include at least two years managing teams of 10 or more, showcasing your ability to inspire and guide a diverse group Strong verbal and written communication skills will empower you to resolve disputes and foster a positive atmosphere. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment is key, as you'll need to maintain a productive team and navigate challenges seamlessly. Requirements

A minimum of 3 years behind the chair as a Barber or Stylist in a fast-paced environment is essential
An Active Cosmetology or Barber license in Minnesota
Exceptional client-service orientation
Leadership experience should include at least two years managing teams of 10 or more

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
