Requirements

• Must have a valid salon and/or barber license in the state of Minnesota
• Team players who can give exceptional client service with a friendly & positive attitude
• Passionate and dedicated to the hair care industry
• Desire to learn and evolve as a professional hair stylist or barber
• Strong foundation in short cuts and clipper work, as well as knowledge of long cuts

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough consultations with clients on desired hair services
• Provide exceptional stylist and/or barbering services efficiently while exceeding customer expectations
• Keep station clean and organized
• Educate clients on retail products
• Follow all safety and cleaning procedures as directed by state regulations
