As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircuts and styling services to clients, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will be expected to cut and style hair using various techniques and tools, including scissors, clippers, and straight razors. Additionally, you will offer hair extensions and color treatments to enhance clients' hairstyles, ensuring that each client leaves satisfied with their look. In this position, you will also provide nail care services, including manicures and pedicures, utilizing your cosmetology skills to create personalized hair designs and styles. You will be required to use salon software to manage client appointments and maintain a smooth workflow, which is essential in a fast-paced environment where you will be handling multiple clients at once. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial, as is adhering to salon standards. You will also manage inventory and assist with store management tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the barbershop.
