Requirements
- Current Barber License (barbering is a required skill for this role).
- Strong technical competency in clipper and razor work.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a busy, high-volume shop.
Responsibilities
- Perform exceptional barber services including fades, tapers, clipper work, razor services, and beard grooming.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation standards.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with weekends required.
