Requirements

• 18+ and licensed in barbering or cosmetology
• Experienced behind the chair with the confidence to work independently
• Strong communication skills, exceptional guest care, and a dedicated approach to growing your book
• A genuine love for the craft and the people behind it

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cuts and service with skill and consistency
• Care for guests with genuine attention and presence
• Maintain a polished appearance and a clean, organized workspace
• Contribute to the shop’s growth through craftsmanship and hospitality
