Requirements
- Minimum 3years experience in Barbering Field.
- Current California Barbering License
- Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
- Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation.
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- Experience instructing at a Barber school- preferred not required.
- Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred
