Paul Mitchell The School Tampa is seeking a passionate and experienced Barber Instructor to inspire and educate our Future Professionals. Requirements

Valid Florida Barber Instructor License
Minimum of 2 years of barbering experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Genuine passion for teaching and helping others grow
Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive instruction in barbering techniques and theory in a classroom setting.
Monitor Guest Services in the Clinic Classroom
Lead students and encourage excellence throughout the entire program
Prepare students for state licensing examinations
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and practices
