With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations. #PGH-SKL What you will have an opportunity to do: Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily, ensuring all products, tools, and supplies are stocked and organized.

Requirements

  • WA Mast Certification
  • WA Food Handlers Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Previous bar back, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Requisition and restock beer, wine, spirits, ice, glassware, and bar supplies throughout the shift.
  • Cut, prepare, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
  • Keep bar areas clean and sanitized, including counters, sinks, floors, coolers, and storage areas.
  • Remove trash, recyclables, and empty bottles promptly.
  • Wash, polish, and restock glassware.
  • Assist bartenders with retrieving products and supplies quickly during service.
  • Receive and organize deliveries; rotate stock following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management.
  • Lock up and properly store beverages, food, and equipment at end of shift as directed.
  • Follow all alcohol handling and safety procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing side work duties.
  • Work collaboratively with restaurant servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist guests courteously when approached and direct them to the appropriate team member as needed.
