Gaylord Entertainment JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Barback Department: F&B Outlet Company: Gaylord Hotels Reports To: Asst GM Restaurant Supervises: N/A Job Description Date: 10/03/06 Job Purpose: Two to three sentences describing the overall purpose of the job Perform cleaning and stocking duties in F&B outlet and lobby bar areas to ensure bartender’s execution of customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Good communication skills required for guest and staff interactions.
• Food Handler’s card, Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Stock all bars with mixing and serving supplies. Ensure that bartenders have all required supplies.
• Ensure that liquor bottles are full and appropriate back-ups are in the place.
• Fill ice dispensers as needed throughout shift.
• Stock all beer and wine.
• Clean and secure glassware throughout the shift.
• Stock backup garnishes, juices, and other mixers.
• Maintain a clean and organized storeroom.
• Perform appropriate side work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
