Position Summary The barback is responsible for an in depth knowledge of all food, beverage and bar recipes offered by the Hotel and adherence to the service, sequence and standards as outlined by Management. The barback must be enthusiastic about the position and maintain a positive attitude towards both the guest and other staff members of the Hotel. This position is responsible for beverage and food services in the Biltmore Bar and any additional assigned areas. Keeping work station clean, orderly and properly set is also an important requirement of the position. This position requires consistent adherence to policies and procedures of the department as outlined in the Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures (BSOP’S).
