About The Position

The Role The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request that help assure exceptional guest service specifically in the Concessions environment. Responsibilities: The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request in a timely manner to help assure exceptional guest service. Delivers stock to all Concessions stands, portables, and commissaries. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments. Helps keep assigned areas clean and organized. Responsibilities: Responsible for stocking bar items and filling the ice bins as needed and anticipating bar needs throughout the shift. Ensures prompt, quality service is provided. Assists in keeping all areas clean and organized. Assists in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries. Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized. Restocks stands with products in an efficient manner according to transfer dockets provided by Management. Inspects stands for deficiencies and reports any and all concerns to Management. Assists with moving any equipment as required for events throughout the venue. Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
Must be punctual and dependable
Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Required – RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary)
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
