Overview The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and operating smoothly. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency, providing excellent customer service, and creating a positive guest experience. Requirements

Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must meet the minimum age requirement to work in establishments serving alcohol (varies by state).

Responsibilities

Stock and replenish beer, liquor, wine, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, shelves, sinks, and equipment.
Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and refilling ice bins.
Collect and wash glassware and utensils throughout shifts.
Remove trash and recyclables as needed to keep the bar area organized.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Provide support during busy periods to ensure fast and efficient service.
